On behalf of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Minister of Youth and Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Hussein bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work, Engineer Yazan Al-Shdeifat, honored the winners of the award in its second edition on Wednesday.
Al-Shdeifat stated that voluntary work is a symbol of the advancement and prosperity of nations and an essential part of the system of belonging and good citizenship. He pointed out that the Jordanian society has recognized the values and principles of volunteering since the establishment of the Jordanian state, which has resulted in the creation of a community fabric characterized by solidarity, altruism, and assistance.
